Sorry to bring this thread back, but I'm kind of loosing it. I bought an enclosure for M.2 to make it 2.5' drive.
The mini pc has ability to add a separate 2.5' drive. So I installed the original ssd into enclosure and new ssd in M.2 slot. Changed the setting to UEFI and boot into original ssd. Installed Macrium Reflect Free on original ssd and cloned it into new ssd. Cloning was done successfully. Mount and blade trade routes. Disconnected 2.5' drive/enclosure.

Tried to boot from new ssd and got stuck on Dell's logo again.Also tried using Macrium Reflect Free in Kyhi's Windows 10 Recovery Tools. Used diskpart to clean new ssd, but I'm still getting stuck on Dell's logo on boot.Is it possible that Dell hardcoded the side or guid of original ssd?
