In Stroke Physical Therapy plays an important role in the process of rehabilitation. As a part of the interdisciplinary team, work in concert with the managing doctor and other rehabilitation specialists to provide stroke patients with a comprehensive rehabilitation program. (2) Hemiplegic shoulder managementShoulder subluxation and of the affected arm is not uncommon in at least 30% of all patient after stroke (RCP, 1998),whereas subluxation is found in 80% of stroke patients (Najenson et al., 1971).
