Is Acrobat updated to the latest patch v11.0.10?In the scanner options, select custom scan and choose your scanner click the options and change scan mode from native to memory. Can it not be saved to a network drive?I see a few possibilities here:1. That PDF is corrupt. The fact that other PDFs behave in the same fashion pushes me more towards #2,2.

Adobe is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled. I understand that you have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results - I would recommend using the REVO Uninstaller -and see if that garners different results.If not, you might want to explore #3,3. Possibly an issue with the user's Windows Profile. I would recreate their profile and try again.
